1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post as standard (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard UK Shipping: 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders within the UK. International shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. With tracked orders please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- High demand periods
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and any relevant details (including photos if damaged)
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
